To download files from file area using 'anonymous ftp', use your ftp client to access:
ftp.jsheff.com
login: anonymous
password: <Your e-mail address>
Downloadable files will be listed.
To upload files using 'anonymous ftp', use your ftp client to upload files to:
ftp.jsheff.com/uploads
For security reasons, any files you upload will not be visible even if the transfer is successful.
